This service is asynchronous in order to allow us to communicate at the best time that works for you - time zones will not matter. We will be in contact via email and the free voxer app.
First: You will receive an email with all the details - a payment link, a sign up link for voxer, and your first of two intention crafting forms that will walk you through the beginning steps of creating the most powerful intention for you. You might find this creative process sparks a few different intentions and mantras!
Next: we will brainstorm together (via voxer or email or both) and get super clear on the exact words and phrase of your intention.
I will walk you through how best to use this intention, how to create an environment for a powerful Yoga Nidra experience, even if you have never “done” Yoga Nidra before - you cannot do it wrong!
The final step: I will get to work crafting your custom Yoga Nidra using your special intention, invoking the power of your subconscious each time you listen. A few days later you will have the recording.
