You will RE-teach your body and mind to relax, reset and enjoy Deep Rest so you can feel restored, refreshed, clear and focused.
I hear you:
You don’t have time to rest and relax am I right? You have a job, kids, a to-do list that never ends! (You: What the heck are you thinking Kate?)
You believe you rest when you sleep? (IF your brain turns off enough to allow you to really sleep the Whole Night)
You will relax when: the kids are older, the job settles down, the spouse steps up, you’re on vacation. (Except that never really happens…)
